The Libraries partners with OFE and DELTA on the Conference on Faculty Excellence in March

The Libraries is partnering with the Office for Faculty Excellence (OFE) and Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA) to host the NC State Conference on Faculty Excellence to be held Thursday, March 9 on the theme “Stronger Together: Collaborating for Faculty Excellence.”

This new event replaces OFE’s long-running Teaching and Learning Symposium and DELTA’s Summer Shorts and brings together campus partners with an investment in faculty excellence. Workshops and sessions will focus on subjects including: 

  • Mentoring and Career Mapping
  • Creative and Critical Thinking
  • Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
  • Online and Hybrid Education
  • Library Support of Teaching and Learning

Call for proposals

The partners are accepting session and poster proposals by the deadline of Thursday, Jan. 19. Submit proposals through the conference site.

Faculty, postdoctoral scholars, and professional staff from all member institutions of the Cooperating Raleigh Colleges—NC State, Meredith College, Saint Augustine’s University, Shaw University, Wake Tech Community College, William Peace University—are encouraged to submit proposals.
